What is Aspen Learning Academy?
Aspen Learning Academy is a dynamic learning environment offering students of all ages opportunities to grow through innovative teaching methods and real-world experiences. With over 30 years of international educational experience, we provide courses to develop critical skills for success, including General English Programs for adults and a Bridge Program for school students preparing for international schools.

What courses does Aspen Learning Academy offer?
We offer a range of programs designed for different age groups and learning goals:
- General English Program: For learners of all levels (A1-C2) focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Effective Communication for Adults: A customized program focused on real-life communication skills.
- Bridge Program: Prepares students for international schools or improves their skills in English, Math, and Science.
What is the payment policy for Aspen Learning Academy?
- Full payment is required at least 7 days before the term starts to secure your seat.
- Installment plans (2 or 3 payments) are available upon request with a $15 admin fee.
- Founding Student Promotion (Term 1 only): The first 50 students who enroll and pay in full by 20 January 2026 for Term 1 will receive a 20% discount on Term 1 tuition fees + a free stationery pack.
- Early Payment Promotion (Term 2 onwards): A 20% early payment discount is available for students who complete Term 1 and pay in full for Term 2 at least 7 days before the new term begins (limited to the first 50 qualifying students per term).
- Placement Test Fee: $10 (ages 7–11), $5 (ages 15+). All fees are in USD and non-refundable after the term commences, except as stated in the refund policy.

The enrollment process at Aspen Learning Academy begins with a Placement Test. This assessment helps us place students in the class best suited to their proficiency level, ensuring they learn alongside peers at a similar level. The test duration is approximately 65 minutes.
